Internal Accounting, newsletters and Client Ledgers

Tax Lodgement
Our tax lodgement software is LodgeiT. LodgeiT has access to the ATO portal and has passed the ATO’s standards for data protection. Their privacy statement is found at
Emails and Client Records
This practice uses Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar services and One Drive to store client records and other practice information. OneDrive provides a constant backup of data and access to data in the event of local computer failure. It also enables us to share information with you in a private, password-protected folder rather than sending it via an unsecure email. The privacy policy for Microsoft can be found here:
Super Funds, Investment Entities and ASIC compliance
We use BGL SimpleFund 360, Simple Invest 360 and CAS 360 to look after our self-managed superannuation funds, investment entities and company ASIC compliance respectively. BGL is an Australian company that uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host its applications. More information on BGL’s data storage and security can be found in their subscription agreement:
Electronic Signing
Our electronic signature software is FuseSign. Electronic signatures are accepted by the ATO and for signing most ASIC documents. Using this allows us to email documents to you for fast approval and signing and saves you unnecessary trips to drop off paperwork. FuseSign’s privacy and security policies can be found at
Content and document collection
We use Content Snare as a system to both provide you with information and to receive information from you. Content Snare is end-to-end ecrypted which means that it is more secure than emails and it also allows further questions and answers to be managed in the same request.
